Try considering any Ivy League or Public Ivy university…

There are more than 100 schools that fit your criteria. You have to narrow it down a bit – your GPA, GRE scores, subject GRE scores, TOEFL scores, recommendations and research will help you do that. It’s hard enough for anyone to get into the top programs; look into state schools. Or if you know specifically what you want to study, find out what schools the people working in that field are at.
