Try your local library, almost all educational directories are published in paper form and most libraries will carry at least one set. US News ranked Criminology PhD programs in 2005; you can probably find a copy in your local library as well. Check the professional organizations for criminologists and accountants for a list of recommended programs or ranking.

You can do college searches on http://www.collegeboard.com that allow to specify tons of information on the college you’re looking for. You can look for those majors (a school that offers either or both) as well as geographic location, size of school, costs, activities offered, and so much more. This type of search allows to find colleges that match exactly what you’re looking for even if you may have never heard of it before.
