Doctoral programs in psychology rarely expect you to have a masters before you start their PhD. In fact, its better if you start from scratch so you can learn their system and theoretical perspective from the start.

Look at the Graduate School Catalog for the schools you are considering. The psychology graduate program typically lists the undergraduate psychology prerequisites for their program. At the least, these will include Intro. to Psych., Experimental Psych. with a lab, and Intro. to Statistics.
