Your base has an education center – go there. There often are colleges that actually hold classes on your base, which you can sign up for, as well as telling you which online programs have worked for fellow service members. They can also help you through the whole tuition payment process, etc.

You should also check into the community colleges back in your home state. A lot of them offer online classes now, and you’d still get in-state tuition rates.
