What can I do with a degree in Anthropology?

I currently am majoring in Secondary Education Social Studies and am looking to change to Anthropology. I was just wondering what kind of jobs I could get and if any of them have decently high salaries. Also, is it possible to still get a teaching job with an Anthropology degree?

Yes you can get a teaching job with an Anthropology degree. If I were you I would see about looking into working in a museum. And that is my dream job!

Honestly, there’s not much you can do with a BA or BS in anthropology. You’ll have to get a higher degree for higher paying jobs (like a masters or PhD). But, you can definitely still teach if you have a 4 year degree in Anthropology. You’ll just have to get your certification after you’ve completed your degree.
