You can pursue online degree in Information Technology/Web Development. It is a good option to go for, as web development is in great demand these days. On the other hand if you are more inclined towards working as database or network administrator then get a bachelor’s from a reputed online college so that you get a good job after completing your degree.
You can find a list of accredited colleges online offering associate’s in IT and web development on this page http://www.thedegreeexperts.com/sd-aas-in-information-technology-or-web-development-227.aspx and regarding the database field you can find the colleges on this page http://www.thedegreeexperts.com/sd-bachelor-of-science-in-database-technologies-233.aspx

Learning Management Systems are great resources to further your education with the costly expenses. You can do a search in some of the LMSs for IT courses in database technologies and web development. Some provide certifications or diplomas of completion to further verify that you completed and passed the course. A resource you can take a look at is http://www.coggno.com/onlinetraining/indexadd=category_facet&value=Information+Technology.
They have a comprehensive catalog of online courses within the IT area of interest as well as other areas of study. I hope this was helpful
