In Texas, if you already have a degree, you can apply for Alternative Certification. You’ll have to take a few classes, but not as much as for a graduate program. The program I am in costs about $3500 and I’ll be done in a year.

The Evergreen State College has a very good masters in teaching program which also gives you a certification. You can use some of your nursing degree to specialize in math or science and those are subjects needing teachers right now. Good luck.
