I’m in the military and would like to use TA tuition assistance and not go over. I don’t want to have to use my VA benefits.

School teacher’s wage are base on teacher’s teaching year and highest education completed. Will completed an on-line PHD make my wage higher in the teacher wage ladder system?
Many people has say on-line course is not worth the effort. What do you think of that?
