I think any larger district would be meet your standards. You may even look into suburbs of these larger cities or cities with a population over 50,000.

Indiana’s Position Listings – though they are not required to annouce openings. Many small/rural schools districts listed as Title 1 often pay more than wealthier/urban districts. English is in high demand here.

Waverly, Iowa im a 10 grader there and it would be a good place to check out. they are probably lookin for another english teacher. also i liked your answer to the topic for an essay i thought of a good one after i answered though… how did the Roaring 20′s modernize american society?
