The number is the scaling ratio. It is the ratio between how big (in linear dimension) a thing really is and how big its model is. If you have a globe of the Earth that is 18 inches in diameter, the scaling ratio is 27,900,000.

On that scale, 57,505,243 km would correspond to a distance of about 2 km.
