The pay differs anywhere between 50 cents to about $3 an hour.

While being a Flight Nurse requires a significant amount of Emergency/Trauma nursing or Critical Care, which you can do with an Associate Degree, the Clinical Nurse Specialist requires a Masters, so you’d need the BSN and several years of primary nursing (bedside care) in the area you would be applying for a Masters program in.
