Most schools will consider it an incomplete application if you don’t include an undergraduate transcript. You can try and then just see what they say, but I suspect many places will just toss your app aside (same as if you didn’t write one of the essays or pay the application fee).

I’d recommend you send both your undergraduate and your MFA transcripts, and maybe also a brief statement about how you’ve grown and matured in the last few years (as is evident by your shiny new better grades) or about how your were made for English and not whatever your undergraduate field is.

But you can always try sending just one and see what happens. I do warn you, though, that people will DEFINITELY notice the lack.
